It is not easy to run a business especially a hospitality business. Hotel business needs constant maintenance and timely investment to repair and renewal. It is getting run down compared to 4 years ago.

The front desk staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel rooms are good and affordable. It is very close to the East Gate and less than three minutes' walk from the subway entrance. It is also close to restaurants. I highly recommend it.

The room was super dirty, with broken facilities, extremely poor cleanliness, worn bath towels, and two pillows, one of which was flat and thin. Comparing the photos online, they were completely different, very scary.
Although there is air conditioning, the air is dirty and the corridors in the room are all stained and moldy. There are mosquitoes and bug bites.
The two of us arrived at the hotel very late at night, after 10, and couldn't sleep all night. We woke up early to check out in a hurry.
