Horrible bed as there is no mattress but only the wooden bedspring. Bathroom old and dirty, couch with bugs

All staff is super nice, we booked a family connect room, room is big but the hotel is old, the carpet full with filth, and the room smell bad.. location is very convenient, starbuck is near by there also. Those who plan to go in the near future, must think before your trip, guests staying at the hotel now will be closely screened, the staff will ask for all document of the person who stayinglikkk there, and ask for photo together, im feel abit weird about this..overall we feel I am very satisfied with the hotel, except for the hygiene, but if someone who dont care about the cleaness , this would be a good choice.

It is a nice hotel with friendly staff. There's a subway station right next to the hotel which is really convenient. The room was clean and cosy. It would be better if the staff speaks better English.

環境很乾凈整潔大氣，小邱的服務態度很好很細心，從預訂到辦理入住到退房全程都細緻服務，入住體驗很好！早餐種類很多，餐廳環境也很乾凈衞生，必須好評！

地段挺好，周邊吃的地方很多。酒店掛牌四星，實際房間大致三鑽水平，房間挺大但是設施有一點陳舊了，浴巾有銹漬，房間有漏水，入住當天空調在清洗開不了冷風。早餐味道不錯。總體中規中矩。
