Response from Property: Dear Guest, our hotel has been operating in Luohu District for over ten years and has provided accommodation services to you on numerous occasions. Each time you checked in or out, you reported issues with the cleanliness and stains of the bedding, filing complaints and requesting compensation, discounts, or room upgrades. We have multiple records of these communications, and your boyfriend even contacted us to apply for a discount. We have generally met all your requests. This time, despite the limited availability on Friday, we upgraded your room free of charge after you booked the room. Before your check-in, the manager specifically used a watermark camera to record the entire room inspection, focusing on the bedding area you previously reported, and found no stains. Even so, you still reported the same issues after check-out, leaving us with no choice but to call the police. The police reviewed the room inspection video multiple times but found no stains as you claimed. During the mediation process, we suggested you check out and stay at another hotel, which you refused, and instead applied for a full refund and a free stay through the platform. You stated that you were feeling unwell at the scene, and we offered to assist you in calling an ambulance, which you also refused. We always strive to provide our guests with a great stay experience and have always tried our best to meet your needs. After multiple communications, we are indeed quite troubled and hope to get your understanding.

All bedding and toiletries are changed after each guest, and the linens are sent to a laundry for rigorous washing and disinfection. It's possible the hair was accidentally left on the linens during cleaning, which is our responsibility. The relevant departments will strengthen the training of hotel staff to prevent such incidents from happening again. You can also contact the front desk immediately, and we will promptly provide you with a new room. We apologize again and believe you will have a better stay next time.
