I left the hotel at 8 a.m., and the hotel's cleaning staff came to the room at 8:10 a.m., scaring my sleeping family members. The hotel said that another guest checked out and reported the wrong room number. I asked which room the guest checked out and the front desk couldn't tell me. First, I'm not sure why the housekeeper came in 6 minutes after I left the room; second, isn't it customary for housekeepers to knock on the door first when cleaning? In the end, the hotel waived the room fee for one day.
