酒店偏僻程度沒見過，晚上找酒店路上都害怕，問的好幾個店家告訴我怎麼走安全，酒店床單破的晚上根本沒勁找酒店了，早上吃早餐東西是爛的，沒住過這種維也納，體驗感極差

我住過的維也納最差的酒店，要瓶水昨天晚上服務員都唧唧歪歪的，辦理入住磨磨蹭蹭的，心不在焉的，j就説衹提供2瓶，那我買可以吧，他不説話電話就掛了，今天到前台又説要瓶水，照樣説，前台沒有水，我拍照他們都躲起來了！保證再也不來住了！第一印象特別差

正常快捷酒店，按常理來説，全國連鎖酒店應該有一整套管理模式，但在體驗過程中感覺非常差，1.28號含早去餐廳，服務人員説需要早餐劵，讓我們去前台兑換，前台人員不在崗，我們等了10分鐘，前後跑了餐廳2次，商量讓我們先進去吃飯，前台人員到崗了，立即兑換拿到餐廳，此時餐廳服務員才出來幫忙尋找前台人員，在衞生間找到，同時到前台櫃枱幫助其他客人處理問題，並且給其他發放早餐劵，而我們一行仍然是等前台人員到了才給我們早餐劵，服務太差。2.因我們外地自駕車來的，29號晚上又入住該酒店，外地車深圳市早上7點之前必須出城，辦理入住時跟前台商量是否早餐給我們打包一些麪包之類，前台説衹能去餐廳吃飯，我們提出能否找管理人員申請一下個性化服務，服務員指着身邊穿西裝女同志説，她就是管理人員，同樣的話早餐要去餐廳吃飯，不能提供個性化服務。3.房間設施設備維護保養差，床單被套破舊，衞生不合格。4.建議酒店高層走動式管理，以滿足顧客需求為己任，提升服務品質。100-1等於零。

設施：設施新，早飯豐富，酒店的湯麪非常好吃，可以嘗試。
服務：配有新鮮現熬的糖水等許多服務，給消費者很好的感覺。
衞生：布草非常新而且乾淨。
位置：位於龍崗天安數碼城，上班非常方便

到深圳出差，遇到了寶藏酒店，沒想到房價嘎嘎高的深圳這個價格的房間還能這麼大，乾淨，清爽

跟同事過來龍崗天安數碼城這邊出差，跟公司很近步行100m不到。大堂環境很好，能看書能看報。服務員也會熱情的推薦好看的書。進到房間，房間很大很乾凈。晚上也沒有一點聲音，隔音很好。下次出差還是會選擇這家酒店。離家近，性價比高，環境好。

公司出差，過來入住。進入酒店第一感覺還是很氣派的。進門大堂服務人員很熱情的玩問候，給我安排了較安靜的房間。服務態度也很好。大堂還有免費看書的地方，感覺非常不錯。進入房間房間挺大的，衞生也乾淨。客房服務人員也很禮貌。非常不錯👍
