我8.25號去住宿，走的時候雨傘忘了拿了，事後我特意給她打電話讓她幫我放前台。酒店的也説找到了，幫我放在了前台，今天過去問他要，酒店現在説給人家打雨傘出去了，沒有還回來，我就想問問，誰給你們的權利把我的東西給其他人使用？如果這把雨傘是普通的雨傘，你覺得我可能特意打電話讓你幫我保管嗎？這是一把有很大意義的雨傘，你現在給我搞丟了，我真的很生氣，我希望你掉監控，不然我一定會起訴你們

深圳一般的住宿，不衞生，服務不周，全是老式旅館，能有好的？除非上星級的酒店180以上，或許會好點，公司的標準還沒有達到半星級，無奈呀！
