房間裏的水還是上一位客人喝的，沒有及時打掃，環境一般，馬桶蓋和旁邊的紙巾都是灰，酒店衞生有待考量！！

體驗過輕奢大床房，覺得貴在值得，這次訂了個商務大床房，窗户靠走廊，與對面房距離1米不到，沙發有污漬，整體看起來沒啥大問題，睡一覺就被咬了。

商務出行，酒店服務極差，隔音極差，我是你的客户，不欠你錢。辦理完入住，半夜2點一直敲門，説弄錯了。一直折騰到3點多。弄的一晚上沒睡好。有什麼問題是不能明天處理的嗎？還讓人休息不，你出錯了，為什麼一定要半夜找我來處理，白天不能處理。。。。

第一天入住的時候叫前台多送一個枕頭，就有，第二天換房讓前台送一個枕頭就沒有，這家酒店老闆這麼窮嗎？備用的枕頭都捨不得多買幾個嗎？浴巾都破洞了還捨不得更換，還放在房間給顧客用
