I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, and the check-in/check-out process was smooth. The location was convenient, making it easy to get around. Overall, it offered good value for the price, and I would recommend it to solo travelers and anyone looking for a comfortable stay.

This apartment located in Bao’an District looks so fancy with all amenities that’s makes you feel like home. I highly recommended all travellers coming to Shenzhen for business should come and enjoy the stay at this wonderful place. The room is so equipped with all ammenities including washing mashine, water kettle, fridge, cooker and desk table. And above this apartment is very close to the metro station takes you just 7 minutes by foot

Patton budget service apartment has all you need for a short stay. It includes two firms twin beds, a refrigerator, stove, washing machine. And the best part is that it’s only located 5 minute taxi ride to Huafa indoor ski resort or the 33m dive pool.

It was ok but I was staying several days and I had to switch rooms which was unpleasant

Pretty good place, but it’s quite remote. Also, it’s like an Airbnb place I guess.

If cleanliness is important to you, then better choose a different place to stay. Check out the pictures of the bathroom. The building is still new and so are the apartments, yet the furniture and the walls are worn out, beat down, require painting, replacement, better maintenance. If service is important to you, then better choose a different place! The staff at the check in desk is ignorant and unfriendly at best. No eye contact, no courtesy or any form of politeness. I didn't expect them to roll out the red carpet, but every other hotelstaff showed some efforts at least to be hospitable. Those guys don't even know the definition of that and its noticeable. I never come back to this place.
