Very good location, close walk to G&G, close walk to sea world. Room very spacious, clean and a nice city view

Very good overall experience at this hotel. Location was convenient, close to metro and attached to a mall just splendid. Looking forward to my next stay already.

Great location. Walking distance to Sea World Shekou. Many shops and restaurants near the hotel.

I booked the hotel to explore the Shekou area. Overall it is of good value though cleanliness and maintenance issues were noted in the guest room. Breakfast was really average and the service was standard. The design was trendy. It took 10 mins to walk to the Sea World.

Excellent hotel , very well located . Modern and new was a excellent option for a bussines day in Shenzhen. The MTR it's very near and also have many options of transportation.
For Chinês food lovers will have a excellent market with a lot of options and for the foreigner should goes to sea world , just 10 RMB taxi ride ( 1.4 USD). GYM a super nice

There were some festivity shops set up at SeaWorld and just so happens, this hotel location is nearby !

The hotel is very large and beautiful, with clean and hygienic rooms. The service provided by Allen and Randy at the front desk is very commendable!

Absolutely Fabulous Hotel!
From check-in to check-out greeted with impeccable service. Reception staff are completely bilingual with high quality English level. Was further impressed by the help offered to me when I checked out from a lady at reception in regards to speaking to my taxi driver and arranging with security to help me.
She was lovely! So too was the Ayi who welcomed me on check in with a fruit plate and brought up requested cutlery. I’m sorry I did not get their names.
The hotel is conveniently located right outside Shuiwan subway line 2 as well as a short 10 minute walk to Sea World which was visible from my room. Sea World is very convenient for food and late night entertainment.
Most impressively in the premier suite was not only the size of the suite but the washing machine with dryer which was convenient and silent so possible to do late night laundry. Full cooking utensils are available on request.
Management is available on WeChat and answers all questions very quickly and considerately.
The room was cleaned daily and towels replaced. Ayi’s cleaned well and generally was very satisfied with experience. In fact, I’d definitely book this hotel again as it’s certainly a 5 star experience.

The location is perfect but the wall of the rooms are very thin. You can basically hear what the neighbors are saying. No closet to hang your cloths . A too basic room compare to the room rate

It was a nice and cozy hotel in Shenzhen. The room is well clean and staffs are kind. There are a lot of restaurants around, and nice places.
