酒店燒水的壺裡水垢特別多，好臟，洗也洗不乾淨。我們是10月份去的，晚上的時候蚊子特別多，但是房間衹有一個蚊香盤沒有蚊香，孩子晚上被咬了好多包。被套，床單和枕套是那種臟臟的顏色，皺皺巴巴，孩子把枕套一不小心弄掉了，露出了枕芯，完全就是黑黑的，不知道多久沒洗了。房間的窗簾很薄，房間下午一直被曬着，窗簾根本沒用，曬得房間特別熱，晚上關了燈，房間也是光線有點亮，影響睡眠。我們定了兩天，第二天的時候孩子病了，發燒，上吐下瀉，孩子爸爸去買葯，打不到車，我們對這裏不熟悉也不知道去哪裡坐車，聽門口的大叔説房東有車可以幫忙送，我們太着急了，就去問房東，結果房東一臉冷漠地拒絕幫忙。孩子病了我們要退房，房東也不同意，去哪兒客服幫忙溝通了根本沒用。他們家在鶴藪村小區西北門進去第二排，位置還可以，但是我定房子的時候也是十一期間了，周圍很多客棧都滿了，他們家有房子我就定了，沒仔細看評論，去了住了才知道為什麼在十一長假期間還能有空房，服務真是惡劣的可以。如果下次去，絕對不會住，也不會推薦給其他人。同樣是花錢，周圍也有很多評價很好的客棧，以後去還是提前定房間吧。

剛到，老闆就説沒房，還忽悠我退掉訂單再現金入住，等了40多分鐘，最後安排在五樓樓頂，一直沒有辦理入住手續，分配的房間沒有鑰匙，不能鎖門，告訴我把東西放在房間就好不會丟，我也是醉了，晚上下大雨，屋裡下小雨，木製天花板不停的滴水，還好沒有滴到床上，老闆一個勁的説忙，我懶的和他理會，也沒時間投訴。五樓樓頂是非法加層建築，沒有電梯，樓頂也沒有正常樓梯通行，是一個人為改造的狹小拐角樓梯，小童根本不能獨自行走，忘記拍照片了。

民宿位置還是很好找的而且周圍吃的也挺對的，最重要是離公交站點和天文台坐接駁車地方很近。老闆人很nice～但就是隔音有點不好，整體還不錯噠。

也很乾凈，一樓的話呢，有那個可以K歌的地方，音響效果還不錯，老闆自己還開了一家飯店，整體來説的話，你想在那裡吃就吃，不想在那裡吃也可以，在別的店吃，老闆還是很不錯的，情商很高

房間很好很乾凈是我住過最舒適的民宿了，樓下可以燒烤也有免費的桌遊卡牌可以玩，離海灘很近，西涌的海灘是我在深圳見過最乾淨的海灘，強烈推薦大家入住這家民宿

入住登記混亂，去入住當天店家不管理網上訂單，到的時候各種查找，還會有出現重複訂房的情況，最後搞了大半小時才折騰入住了，然後訂的雙床房直接燈壞了一半，房間中間漏水，空調完全不製冷就吹出一點風，最後靠吹着風扇將就了一晚，同行的另一位小姐姐自己訂了個大床房，直接是天台加建的房間，床墊是發黴的，整個房間又悶又熱聞起來還一股黴氣實在住不了，她衹能去另外的民宿重新開了間房，花錢買教訓，下次不敢貪便宜了
