大堂氣氛不錯，有一種香味。房間整體也沒有什麼問題，整潔、新淨。早餐還可以，有一般食物提供。地點也方便，很近萬象天地。

設施：設施很齊全，房間內應有盡有，還可以投屏
衞生：衞生做得很好，在走道遇到服務的阿姨也會熱情打招呼很棒
環境：樓層高，樓下其實是熱鬧的，但是完全沒有影響到房間內住宿休息，房間之間的隔音還不錯。前台大堂有很多座位，退房了也可以去坐着休息，很安靜舒適。
服務：服務特別周到，還可以提前把快遞寄到前台，入住時再找前台拿，行李寄放也很方便，貴重物品會單獨放好。入住的自動機器還挺方便的。
早餐：預訂的房間沒有包早餐，第二天需要早餐所以找前台臨時加的早餐，簡單但是非常好吃，食材新鮮

酒店位置在地鐵站附近，周邊好多食肆都不錯👍🏻，前台每位工作人員都非常热情有耐心接待。帶小朋友去，酒店特意准備小朋友牙刷拖鞋非常有心。酒店衛生環境乾淨舒适，早餐也不錯👍🏻，期待下次再次入住／

房間動線合理，光線充足，走廊這邊開洗漱台的燈前鏡就夠了。淋浴間的門好評，白色不透。
窗户隔音效果好，床品彈性好，大人小孩都睡得不錯。
酒店服務不錯，外賣到前台幾分鐘就機器人送到了。前台電話相應也非常快。
早餐中規中矩，有中餐有西餐，對得起這個價位。
位置不錯，離南山博物館、深圳灣公園、深圳灣萬象城都不遠。樓下還有個蘇寧易購超市，可以買水果、零食。
