優點∶1.作為民宿有東西壞了夜晚電話很快有人送。2.洗護用品用的力士，多芬等大牌，拖鞋也配備較多。3.衞生總體良好（廚房除外比較油膩），床上用品乾淨但是可能入住少，有灰。4.離海灘較近。
缺點∶1.停車安排不妥，沒有事先説清楚，出去吃飯一次就5元倒是不貴。
2.店家不太厚道，原定的房店家加了微信説可加700升級另一間，我們沒決定説去到看了再考慮是否升級！結果預訂短訊給的需加錢門牌號（27A），行禮等都搬好後賣家來電告之此房是需加錢房。。不是錢不錢的事，心裏不爽。
3.3樓有些房間水壓太小，負二房間空調不涼。4.沙灘很小，沙子小粗，海灘邊半成品模樣。5.位置較偏，周邊沒有早餐，最要也要9點30麥當勞送來（僅此一家）。5，週末標價翻倍太多！去時問商家能否少漲，沒有同意，結果走的時候告知可以原價，我們已定好別處，所以拒絕了！
綜合建議，如果帶長者和小孩不建議來此！年輕人無所謂！

家庭出遊 網上找了很久 終於找到這世外桃源般的地方，小區位於南澳半島的一個峽灣邊，依山傍海，房子很漂亮 ，超大的餐廳，還有海景陽台 ，每處都是海景，房子設施齊全，一家五口人住得特別舒服，而且樓下就是小區的沙灘，工作日下去遊玩，幾乎被我們包場了，小朋友都捨不得走，很不錯的一次旅行，暑假有空再來。

非常不錯的體驗，原本定的5房別墅，老闆免費幫我升級了8房 海景別墅。
開車過來也挺快的，海景超級美麗，打開陽台360度觀海，躺在陽台非常舒服。
裏面的娛樂配套挺多，我們將盡10個人過來非常划算，附近可以自己買海鮮做來吃，晚上唱唱歌什麼的，很愜意，下次約些朋友又去。

週末跟家人出遊，在網上定的別墅，果然沒讓我們失望，景色很漂亮，別墅看海景，可以看夕陽，小區還帶私家沙灘，別墅是新裝修的，裏面設施齊全，衞生 也做得很乾凈。

別墅在南澳島端頭，從羅湖開車過去大概一個來小時，別墅小區有一種世外桃源的感覺，裏面花園式的綠化。別墅的海景視野特別好，設施也齊全，廚房可以做飯，還帶有ktv麻將 燒烤，會議室。大家都玩得很開心，值得推薦。
