Shenzhen Bao'an District Hotels

This hotel is super close to the airport and even offers a shuttle service, which is why I've stayed here many times. Facilities: Very new. Cleanliness: Spotless. Environment: Really pleasant. Service: Extremely welcoming and friendly. There's a shopping street right behind the hotel, so it's super convenient for a stroll or some shopping.

We brought our child to Shenzhen for the weekend and specifically chose the family room at the Hampton by Hilton Shenzhen Bao'an. The experience was absolutely perfect! The room thoughtfully provided kids' slippers and toiletries, and the little tent and plush toys had our child jumping with joy the moment we walked in. The hotel corridors had anti-slip carpets, so we didn't have to worry about bumps and falls when our child was walking around. The breakfast area had a dedicated kids' buffet with cartoon-shaped rice balls and fruit salads, which our child absolutely loved. In the afternoon, I went to the front desk to borrow a power bank, and Chris, the staff member, even offered our child a small candy. The best part is the hotel's surroundings – there's a park (Xin'an Park) just a 5-minute walk away, perfect for an evening stroll with the little one. This family-friendly hotel offers such great value for money; I absolutely have to recommend it to all my friends visiting Shenzhen!

This was my second stay, primarily because of the airport shuttle, foot spa, memory foam pillows, and massage chair. The room was spacious and comfortable, the bed was just right—not too soft, not too hard—and the hot water for the sink and shower was excellent. I could barely hear any noise from planes taking off or landing. The service was also very warm and welcoming.

This hotel is incredibly convenient, just a few minutes' walk from Bao'an Airport via a connecting corridor. The front desk staff and other service personnel were all very warm and polite. The facilities are comprehensive, and the price is fair. It really feels like they put their heart into running this hotel. It's an excellent choice for travelers.

My stay at Hilton was fantastic! From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I felt a warm welcome. The front desk staff were professional, efficient, and greeted me with a friendly smile. The room was spacious and tidy, and Hilton's signature 'Serenity Bed' certainly lived up to its reputation, ensuring a great night's sleep. The afternoon tea and evening happy hour at the executive lounge were excellent value, with delicious food. The hotel's location is very convenient, perfect for both business trips and sightseeing. Overall, it was a worthwhile stay, where the brand's excellence shone through in every detail. I will definitely choose to stay here again.

In Shenzhen, near the Bao'an International airport 19 minutes by DiDi. 5-star hotel at excellent price point. I love the classic luxurious style. It is my preferred hotel to stay when traveling to Shenzhen. This time the room was in the Tower A, which seems to be more modern than the rooms in Tower B. I loved it more! Spacious, clean, attention to detail is impeccable.

I booked this hotel at the high-speed train station after arriving in Shenzhen. My previous experiences with Atour have always been great, and this stay definitely exceeded my expectations too. The front desk staff helped me with a late check-out, and since I arrived quite late, I was lucky enough to get a room upgrade. The room was clean, spacious, and even had a Japanese tatami area. In the evening, with the ambient lighting on, I casually flipped through a book placed by the bedside – it felt so romantic and cozy. The next morning, I couldn't resist taking a picture of the view from the window. The value for money is unbeatable; Atour will definitely be my go-to choice from now on!

The entire weekend was filled with laughter and touching moments, leaving us with many wonderful and unforgettable memories.

The room was clean. I originally booked a room with a sealed window, but since I was staying for a longer period, the front desk attendant kindly upgraded me to a room with an outside window. It was lovely to have some sunlight come in, making my stay very comfortable. The bedding was soft too. The hotel's location is excellent; the subway station is within walking distance, making it very convenient to get around.

The hotel boasts an excellent location, right next to a shopping mall, which is super convenient for guests. It's just a few minutes' walk from the subway station, and you can get to the airport in only two stops. The hotel service is also great; the staff are all warm and polite, always greeting you and offering help proactively. The hotel is well-maintained with complete facilities, and the rooms are spacious and clean. Overall, I'm very satisfied with this hotel. Highly recommended!
