I arrived at the Dongba Boutique Hotel in Shenzhen at 12 noon, but the twin room was not arranged until 1 pm, so my companion and I decided to go for lunch first. After check-in, we found that the WiFi and TV in the room were not available. I immediately contacted the hotel staff and got a quick resolution. Overall, I stayed at the hotel for one night and although there was a little episode in the check-in process, the problem solving ability of the service staff was excellent and made me feel very satisfied.
