I really liked this hotel. The staff were so friendly. A little shy to use their English but tried hard to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. It is an older hotel, but clean and very comfortable. Lots of good places to eat within short walking distance. Some really nice places to walk at the backside of the hotel. It is really quite quiet as well, which is not always the case in China. The price was very reasonable. I need to come back to this area quite often. I'll be staying at this hotel.

Seriously review, let me start with the good things: convenient transportation, the subway is right at the door of the hotel, very convenient, convenient location, Splendid China is just opposite, 5 minutes walk is also very convenient. But the hotel room is small, take the bathroom for example, I bumped into the door handle when I stood up from the toilet, there is only so much space, the twin room is 1.2 meters and the bed is really small, the king room is 1.8 meters but looks like 1.5 meters, maybe the room is small because of the small size, the hygiene was originally thought to be relatively clean, I was about to take the nightgown to wear, but when I took it, I saw hair on it, I don't know if it was not washed or changed, it is said to be a four-star hotel? ? I bought a package that included tickets, otherwise it is totally unbelievable that this is a star hotel, it is just an ordinary one, there is a city inn next to it that looks similar

The service was excellent. The staff friendly and helpful. The hotel could benefit of redecoration of the guestrooms, as it's showing wear. Electrical outlets should be updated and the lighting could be separated for various times of use, such as bright, or subdued lighting. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast had a lot of offerings, well presented.

It was originally a New Century Apartment Hotel. I walked past Wuru at the entrance. I walked further and further and turned back to find it. It was isolated in Yitian Square. Although the room was a bit old, the sheets were clean and the hotel supplies were all available. I was satisfied. of. I went to Maya Water Park in the evening on the first day. I had a lot of wet clothes. Fortunately, I had a washing machine to wash them and let them dry on the balcony overnight. On the second day, I went to Happy Valley, checked out and stored my luggage in the hotel's general room on the 4th floor. It was a great time to have fun. A little over ¥500 per night for a family of four, two rooms with two large beds, adequate air conditioning, highly recommended.

The location is good, the service is okay, neither exceptionally good nor bad. One positive aspect is that they provide tea at the front desk in the morning. The hostel is located in a very new and central area of Shenzhen. The OCT area has many artsy stores and alternative restaurants. The hostel itself has great service, the space was good, it was clean enough and they had an adorable dog. I would definitely stay here again if I come back to Shenzhen.

The hotel is not the most expensive hotel. For ¥399 you have a reasonable room. The bed is alright. For me, that’s the reason I changed to this hotel in the neighborhood (because of family nearby). But the overall look and feel is old, worn out, ready for renovation. The Wi-Fi is not always adequate. Maybe too many people using it at the same time? The rooms are reasonable soundproof. Just when people in the hallway is talking, you will hear everything.

It was my first time staying here after returning from abroad. My first impression was that the surrounding environment was good and the greenery was very pleasant to look at. It was next to Qiaochengfang and I could get there in two steps by going downstairs. It was very convenient. I could drink coffee and enjoy afternoon tea time. The food was also very convenient. As for the apartment, the front desk was on the 31st floor. I could make a small suggestion to set up signboards on the first floor. It was really hard to find for the first-time guests. Secondly, the front desk staff Lilian was warm and enthusiastic, patiently introduced the surrounding facilities and the room furnishings, etc. She was very careful and deserved special praise. The room she arranged also had a very good orientation, and I could see the sunset. I would like to thank her very much. It was a perfect experience for my first stay. I will choose you again when I come to Shenzhen in the future.

First of all, the hotel has a very advantageous location. I need to travel between the hotel and the airport almost every week, so convenient transportation is very important to me. I arrived at the hotel to check in that night. When I dragged my tired body into the hotel, Lynn at the front desk handed me a cup of hot tea, took the initiative to ask about my room needs, and arranged a room with panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows for me. It was particularly quiet and asked if I needed laundry. The hotel has free laundry service. The next morning, I opened the door and received my dried and ironed clothes at the door. The room is very clean, the bedding is very comfortable, and I slept very peacefully and steadily all night. The lobby environment is great, bright and spacious. One thing to mention is the unique warm supper service. It is a surprise to enjoy the restaurant's dine-in supper for free at 9:30 in the evening. Since I have the habit of packing a cup of coffee in the morning, I informed the front desk when I checked in, and I saw the aunt in the restaurant prepared it for me the next morning. Location:
This hotel is located in a strategic spot with convenient access to anywhere in the city. The nearest MRT station is HuangGangCun Station, with three exits (C1, C2, and D) right in front of the hotel. If you have luggage, use exit C2, which has an escalator to the main street leading to the hotel. Be aware that there is no elevator going down to the station, so it’s easier to use the stairs from exit D for luggage. Alternatively, you can walk to the right side of the hotel and use the zebra crossing to find exit A with an escalator, which requires an 8-10 minute walk without shade. On the left side of the hotel, a 5-minute walk will take you to FuMin Station, exit C, near Ji Hotel. There are many restaurants and a local night market nearby, as well as a Starbucks and convenience store in the compound.
Room:
It got all you need. The room had a strong AC. One of the reasons I chose this hotel was the smart toilet and separate shower and basin. Everything is controlled via a smart panel board. They upgraded my room for free, which had spacious space and a great city view of Shenzhen’s iconic building. The room included a free minibar with beer, tea equipment, a big LED screen TV, and a XiaoDu device for music and forecasts. Amenities included an iron and ironing board, toothbrush, toothpaste, mouthwash, comb, razor, cotton earbuds, a powerful hairdryer, comfortable bathrobe and slippers, clean towels and blanket, a recycled bag, shower cream, conditioner, shampoo, lotion, handwash, tissues box, water bottle and etc. The hotel also provides free laundry and dry service, a comfortable king-size bed and pillows, and bright rooms with good sunlight and lighting. My room is at Floor#18. Excellent soundproofing.
Shower:
The shower had strong water pressure and 24-hour hot water with quick heat-up.
Smart Toilet:
The smart toilet was excellent.
Extended Stay:
I extended my stay for another two nights. I love this hotel. Bar streets and a mall near Exhibition MRT Station are just one stop away from HuangGangCun Station. A Didi/taxi ride back to the hotel at night costs CNY 16-19 and takes about 10 minutes.
From hotel to FuTian High-Speed Train Station:
It’s only 9-12 minutes by MRT from this hotel, one way trip cost only CNY2/pax. Take MRT line 7 from HuangGang exit D, change to Line 3 at ShiXia to FuTian Station (3 stops), or take Line 4 from FuMin Station exit C directly to ShiMinZhongXin Station exit D (2 stops). I suggest downloading the Amap app for detailed routes in China.
Service:
The receptionist and housekeeping staff are friendly and willing to accommodate any issues at any time. They clean the room every day without reminders, refill amenities daily, and provide laundry service, including folding, within a day. They also offer breakfast for an additional fare.
Additional Services:
You can order food and shop online, and request the seller to send deliveries to this hotel by informing the front desk in advance. The staff will use a robot to deliver your parcel directly to your door.

Breakfast was very good. A brand new mall next to the hotel just opened up with great food and shopping just minutes away. We loved the self-help laundry service and enjoyed our stay overall for the second time there. Will definitely book again.

As a busy mom of two young children, ages 6 and 2, I was in desperate need of a relaxing family getaway. That's why I decided to book a stay at the Sheraton Dameisha Resort in Shenzhen. From the moment we arrived, I knew we had made the perfect choice.
The hotel's stunning coastal location was the perfect backdrop for our family vacation. My children's faces lit up as we stepped into the expansive lobby, with its modern decor and welcoming atmosphere. The staff greeted us warmly and promptly escorted us to our spacious and well-appointed room, complete with a breathtaking view of the sea.
The real highlight for my family, however, was the hotel's incredible outdoor pool area. My 6-year-old daughter squealed with delight as she ran towards the crystal-clear waters, while my 2-year-old son giggled as I helped him splash around in the shallow end. The pool's size and design allowed my husband and I to relax on the loungers while keeping a close eye on the kids.
After working up an appetite, we made our way to the hotel's diverse dining options. Many attractions like the Oh Bay ferris wheel and the Window of the World are within a 30RMB ride away, and the location was easy for vehicle pickup. Front desk staff Jessica (zhouzhou) and Money were very attentive and were able to address all of my questions and problems very quickly and accurately. Would definitely recommend others to stay here if they'd like a central location to explore Nanshan and Baoan area, or even if they don't mind a small trek to Futian/Luohu areas.

GGuest UserThe air in the room was chokingly moldy. It looks like their air conditioning is designed such that it leaks water inside the ceiling, which is now thorough molded.

LLai MeeGood location with life access from hotel room level to Basement -** MRT station with walking distance 30-40 meters. The front desk service staff all are good with answering all my needs during my 2 nights stayed. Ms ShiXia has helped me special request to late check out time to 4pm due to our late night flight. Really enjoyed our stay and we will come back again when next visit Shenzhen.

UURVdazhanguandaoThe room is very beautiful and unique, with a small rooftop. very comfortable. The hotel lobby is on the sixth floor. There are not many breakfast varieties, but it is enough to fill you up. The hotel rooms are also very smart. Very close to Haiya Theater. Because of family trip. So I booked two twin rooms.
