From the first moment I entered the lobby, the concierge gave me a very warm welcome, proactively greetings, asking for help, and helping with luggage. I went to the front desk to check in. Yoko at the front desk handled the check-in very professionally and gave a concise introduction and guidance to the hotel. Her colleague Sammy also enthusiastically gave me a welcome gift from the hotel. It was a surprise. I met the room specialist on the floor who was also very enthusiastic. He greeted me and showed me the location of my room. The experience from check-in to check-out was very good. Overall, it is the most comfortable hotel I have ever stayed in. Very satisfied with the stay experience. It is close to Tanglangcheng Station and has convenient transportation. The indoor facilities are relatively complete and clean. Nice location close to shopping possibilities, a metro station and other facilities. The view on the mountainside is great. The traffic is a bit loud but with closed windows ok. The apartment has a washing machine and a small fridge which is very convenient. Met a few bugs in the apartment but otherwise it's clean. It also has a kitchen but it's useless since the kitchen is not equipped with any cooking devices. All in all its a good apartment to an acceptable price.
