有空調但是沒有遙控器，跟前台要來了遙控器告訴我們沒有制熱功能！我帶着長者孩子給凍死，睡覺就床墊上鋪了一個薄薄的床單，床特別硬，第二天起來渾身疼，也是沒誰了，10點多開始斷斷續續停電，長者和孩子還有沒洗澡的，我們就打着手電洗澡，喊來前台找師傅來修電搞到12點多也沒搞好，房間一點也不隔音，走廊上人説點啥聽的清清楚楚！體驗感極差！
