The Japanese restaurant in the hotel is over-priced and poor service. The hotel is very comfortable and has a big indoor swimming pool.

服務：很不錯，前台接待熱情。
環境：周邊交通不錯，打車方便。
衞生：房間清理還可以。
熊本漾養顏套餐:入住時沒有贈送。
施華蜜語補水面膜一盒（5片裝）:入住時沒有贈送。
設施：扣分項就是WIFI太差了，網速影響工作。

酒店的設施有好有壞，游泳池不錯，房間設施有些老。客房的WiFi有問題，自己房的不能用，得用別的房間的；電腦能用，手機不能用。總體來説，還可以。
服務很差：
1.從到酒店開始，大堂外就沒見過門僮，沒人拿行李，開車門。
2.服務人員的服務意識很差，找服務人員做點事，如拿點礦泉水（酒店的規定每間房每天最多提供2瓶水）、衞生紙，餐廳要個打包盒，服務員都是拿着嫌棄的眼光看着你的。
3.入住酒店的4天裏，正趕上個大型會議，參會人員都在酒店餐廳用早餐（很多人應該不是住在酒店的，因為電梯裏沒見幾個會議人員），結果餐廳擁擠不堪，住店客人在餐廳用早餐要自己搶座位，取餐要排隊。
4.客房打掃衞生馬虎，附照片為其中一天整理完房間後，床的樣子。
5.客房電梯的門禁是擺設，外來人員，比如外賣小哥可以隨意到各樓層的客房，暢通無阻。
曾和網約車司機聊到過該酒店，説有不少客人都表示該酒店服務不行。該酒店在市區應該競爭不大，所以沒什麼改進的動力，就懶得在酒店提意見，衹是在平台給同道客人降點期望值。

在攜程上預訂的房間，馬上就接到酒店劉哲經理的電話，問是否需要接機或者接站。我自己開的車，劉經理詳細的告訴了我酒店的地址。還問我有幾個人入住，有無特殊要求，提前幫我安排適合的房間。我定的北樓普通房間，酒店房間緊張，幫我免費升級到了南樓高價位的房間，還贈送了水果。棒棒噠。

地理位置:酒店很好找，就在政府旁邊。
配套設施:停車場很大非常方便，配套的恆温游泳池和健身房也非常棒，後山銀杏林晚上散步非常舒適。
服務態度:向銷售部劉哲經理諮詢了很多問題，態度非常友善。
總體評價:出差報銷300+預算住這裏非常不錯，比商務酒店不知道好哪裡去了。

第一天到這裏、已經是夜裡10多，但是進到寬大的房間，一路的疲勞也放鬆了下來，第二天醒來拉開窗簾，外面綠油油的山景，更是覺得自己是來休假的😀乾脆就有購買了兩天的入住，外面跑了一天，炎熱加酷暑，感覺要窒息了，進到房間有貼心的服務和卡片 水果.真的是服務太到位了

衞生不知道咋説，反正用過的浴巾，沒換，就給我疊好了，洗髮露沐浴露瓶裝的，也沒給新的，體驗感很差，達不到五星標準
