I found towels haphazardly placed around the bathtub, and the bedsheet had a tear. After contacting the front desk, the staff promptly replaced the sheet and offered a plate of fruit as an apology. The hotel management definitely needs to improve."

"The environment here is great! The front desk staff kindly upgraded our room for free, and they even offer a 'goodnight porridge' service, which was a lovely touch. "Overall, I am very satisfied. There is no smell when I enter the room, which is good because I am a little sensitive to smell. There is a late night cafeteria. I happened to be in a hurry and didn't eat at night, so I went there for dinner. In terms of hygiene, I hope to pay more attention to details, such as in the elevator and the corners of the room. The service is OK, and it has its own brand characteristics overall. I hope it will get better and better."

"Overall, it's pretty good. The front desk staff was very welcoming, the facilities are new, and there are plenty of dining options nearby. The only downsides were that breakfast wasn't very diverse, there was no juice, and the milk and other beverages didn't taste authentic."

"This hotel is perfect for a trip to Wudang Mountains. The room was clean and comfortable, and the hot springs experience was fantastic. The staff were all incredibly nice and helpful, always ready to answer any questions. The location is also convenient, with plenty of restaurants nearby. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay and great value for money. I'll definitely choose this place again next time!"

"I won't stay at this hotel again. Last night around 11 PM, my room phone suddenly rang, but only a few rings before it hung up. The next morning, I received two more calls, asking what I wanted for breakfast and saying their WeChat request wasn't accepted. This severely disrupted my sleep and rest. More importantly, I explicitly opted out of breakfast when booking, but when I complained during check-out, the response was "a handover issue with a colleague the night before." But what was the handover? Breakfast wasn't booked, and there wasn't any WeChat friend request notification. I've stayed at this hotel many times before, and I've never encountered a situation like this: calling and adding WeChat just to confirm breakfast. The hotel's location isn't convenient, and there aren't many takeout options. I chose this place for its quiet environment. To encounter this series of service issues fully exposes the company's poor management."

"This is a hotel that is not recommended. The lobby is shared by several hotels. After checking in to the room and going to the elevator, the front desk did not tell me how to sit. I had to go up and down several times before I could sit in the right position. When I went to have breakfast at 8:40, there was nothing left. I asked the staff to finish cooking the noodles and said they were too busy to eat anything else. Please give me something to eat. This may be the specialty of this hotel. There is no fruit plate, please do not advertise like this if it is not given. No malice, just my own experience"

"I came to climb Wudang Mountain and passed by the hotel. I was pleasantly surprised. The hotel is really good. The two families were assigned two rooms on the first floor, one on each side of the house. They had magical talismans that protected them from all evil. Ha ha ha ha"

"The homestay is in a botanical garden with a good environment. The facilities are all available. The room is oversized and the bed is super comfortable. There is an artificial lake outside the room. There is a large lawn for group building. There is a large terrace, winery, and various health packages. Open the window in the room to feel the fresh air of nature, really a great experience"

The room was spotless, the layout was simple and warm, the bedding was soft and close to the body, and you could sleep at ease when you lay down. The staff is gentle and kind, the service is meticulous and intimate, and people are as comfortable and relaxed as they are home. The breakfast is light and delicious, rich in categories, comfortable and safe to eat. Always stable quality, warm service, whether it is a business trip or a trip, is a safe choice for people to remember and be willing to buy back repeatedly."

The room was spotlessly clean, warmly decorated, and cozy—plus the bedding was so soft and skin-friendly that it made sleeping incredibly relaxing. The staff were incredibly warm and thoughtful: from check-in at the front desk to room service, they were attentive and promptly responded to every request. The breakfast had a rich variety of Chinese and Western dishes, all delicious. It’s great value for money, and I’ll definitely stay here again next time I’m in town!"
