酒店地理位置優越，與漢江僅隔一條馬路，與步行街也非常近，步行十分鐘左右；酒店停車方便，江景房視野開闊，空間較大，衞生間乾濕分離，花灑水量很大，乳膠枕睡覺很舒服，床墊軟硬剛合適。不足之處就是早餐有點簡單，不過小籠包和煎餃很好吃！總之，很推薦！

第一次到湖北，這個酒店給人非常好的印象，前台和房務大姐都親切周到，考慮到我們帶小寶寶還在房間緊張的情況下幫我們協調了江景雙床房，房間景觀無敵，房間設施乾淨整潔齊備，再到鄖陽會再次入住。

非常喜歡位置出行方便，建議把衞生間換氣扇更新或檢修一下，聲音太大，面盆下水設定不盡科學，排水不速！在訂房時，網上特有備註“不得攜帶小童入住”！不明白什麼意思！後長途網電巴台告知可以入住，並熱情辦理流程！向值班工作人員楊惠致謝！

房間設施齊全，温馨舒適，乾淨整潔；服務人員規範化話術到位；前台位於19樓，進停車場需要和保安溝通；早餐在二樓屬於外包服務，是一家單位的職工食堂。早餐極差評！枯燥單調，不存在葷素搭配，衹有包子饅頭雞蛋稀飯麪條，沒有任何蔬菜。

賓館在寫字樓的19-21層，環境和設施還可以，電動窗簾，我們住的江景房，景觀也不錯，但是入住體驗並不好，定的是含早餐的，在前台辦理完了入住服務員説廚房還沒上班，所以沒法提供早餐，改為每人一個小麪包和一盒酸酸乳代替，我們自己還帶有一些麪包，雖然覺得遺憾但也衹能接受。晚上吃完晚飯回來準備洗澡休息了，脱了衣服到洗澡間打開水發現水不熱，想打電話去前台詢問遊發現電話是壞的，真是無語😓，又穿好衣服去樓下前台，被告知由於小區停水，今天晚上沒有熱水了，具體什麼時候能有熱水也不清楚，轉天早上九點多洗澡水還是温的，雖然後來退房時每間退了20元，但是實話講，入住體驗真的是不怎麼好，任何事情沒有提前告知，突發狀況的處理也不盡如人意。
