申請平台曝光該店家，不給推薦位，甚至不上架！
店家虛假宣傳，涉嫌以次充好。攜程上宣傳1.8大床，實際提供1.5的床位。
店家營業員知曉我們預訂的兩間温馨大床房後，得知1.8大床房間已經被入住完了，店家營業員告知老闆電話。與店家協商時，先是説温馨大床房就是1.5的床位，然後裝瘋胡扯，明明是8.6號凌晨0點過，欺負我們是外地人，説我們買的是五號入住，現在已經是六號，不能辦理入住。
當協商不妥時，不給出妥善的解決方案，衹讓顧客退款，或者接受1.5的床位。已經超過退款時限要求，請問凌晨一點如何退款？請問四個大人一個小孩，如何睡1.5的床？請問半夜一點過，退房後如何找其他酒店。請問我們幾個是吃多了沒事幹，跑來被你誣陷是職業打假的嗎？
最後店家不退款，我們不認可，實際並沒有入住，凌晨兩點四十才找到入住酒店。
已經撥打水富市12345投訴店家涉嫌虛假宣傳，強烈要求進行賠禮道歉，並給出妥善賠償方案。

態度差極了，環境差極了，爬樓三樓，有蟑螂🪳進房間就看到幾衹，拿房卡的阿姨態度也不好，房間沒水,在前台拿水也沒人搭理，最後水都沒得喝，以後堅決不會掉坑，請看到的友人們慎重
