Prince Angkor Hotel & Spa

I only stayed for one night as my schedule was a bit tight. The hotel's decor is a bit older, but all the facilities are still in good condition. The pool and dining areas were definitely highlights. Is that a large root carving, like a miniature mountain, next to the front desk lounge area? Is it agarwood?

The room facilities are complete, and the hotel is generally quiet. Ordering takeout and getting taxis are very convenient. The room itself is neat, clean, and tidy, and the air conditioning works great, keeping the room cool at all times. You can check in in the morning by paying about half a day's room rate at the front desk. There are staff members who help with directions and carrying luggage, and the attendant I tipped expressed their gratitude sincerely. For the price, it offers good value for money. The locals are generally kind, though the area around the bar street can be a bit chaotic. The breakfast was decent, nothing special, but it did the job, mainly because the price was right and it solved the food and accommodation problem without spending too much, all while being clean and comfortable. Recommended.

The constant smiles from all the staff and the restaurant chef were wonderful. For example, they even offered water bottles to my family who live locally. I truly felt their hospitality in their service. On the other hand, the amenities were a bit of a letdown. For instance, it was hard to tell which bottle was shampoo and which was conditioner. Also, when the bed was made, they simply tidied up the same sheets for three days instead of changing to new ones, which was a negative point.

Excellent facilities and services, the pool was well-maintained and the rooms were excellent. The cleanliness was very good and the staff was very friendly.

This was a very calm and spacious hotel. There were lots of plants, and the pool and gym were great. I would definitely like to visit again. The hotel also had a tuk-tuk driver, which made it easy to get to Angkor Wat.

Great location. Staff are available. The hotel is aging, or you have to like this style. The air conditioning is extremely noisy. Even with earplugs 👂, it's hard to get to sleep, not to mention the noise in the hallway and noisy people. We'll have to come back for the soundproofing. We spent two nights there. Pub Street and the night market are nearby.
