定的**大床房，標明有窗户，但給的房間是內窗，窗外面就是牆壁，照不到太陽。
早上退房高峯期一台電梯壞了，衹有一台能用，等好久

這個酒店真的撿到寶了，竟然有一位這麼有水平的總經理。本來我們遇到了很不愉快的事情，我還差評了酒店，但是酒店的總經理方剛得知問題以後，真的是很有誠意、很有水平的解決了問題。從頭到尾沒有要求我刪除評論，也沒有過多的辯解，更牛的是沒有提出任何讓我不適的補償方法。衹是默默用心的為我們服務，讓人感動於無形，真是青年才俊啊！

兩個房間都給升級了，很開心，前台小姐姐服務態度好好，還送了小餅乾與糖果，非常感謝🌹 酒店在繁華地段，周邊業態齊全，門口餐飲選擇很多。交通也方便，距離景點六祖寺就衹要幾分鐘車程。一切都很完美。

服務不太行 很冷漠 一點都不熱情 好像你欠他錢的那種感覺 黑着一張臉 辦理入住的時候前台是穿的工裝，退房的時候前台穿的便裝 不知道是酒店經理還是店長，反正兩個都冷漠 一模一樣的態度，可能他們店就這服務態度吧
