We booked couples rooms and stay for more than a week. We hope next time there will be twin bed setting (two single bed) for one bedroom type.

Great service apartment if you have a 4 year old staying with you. Pool is right on 1st floor, and you walk less than 5 mins to Shangri-la hotel nextdoor for the water activities and indoor playground.
Facility is a bit old, so expect some oldness and maybe some ants coming inside through the plantation right outside of windows (pest control done when requested), but overall very satisfying.
Would love to come back.

我連續住7天，公寓訂單需要六天起訂。我訂有一個房間和客廳廚房。
環境和地理位置和交通：逛烏節路步行是比較方便的，購物方便。離植物園也不遠。離地鐵站比較遠。
酒店裝飾和綠化比較好，公寓樓有一個游泳池和網球場，酒店大樓有游泳池和健身房。入住時，大堂服務人員有提供一份酒店設施引導説明。
酒店設施：比較老舊，廚房用品齊全。一台大冰箱。一個燒水壺。一台配4鍋位的電陶爐，有三個湯鍋和一個不沾平底鍋。有烤麪包機和電飯煲。有微波和烤箱一體機。但是沒有咖啡機，沒有洗碗機。公共使用的洗衣機和烘乾機是在電梯口的通道里，要自己準備洗衣液。衞生間衹有一間，而且比較小，在卧室裏。電視尺寸不大，節目有50套可選，客廳和卧室裏各有一台電視。酒店裡的空調比較冷，房間不用打開都可以。
衞生：每週一週三，週五打掃衞生，週末休息。地板沒有打掃乾淨，黏黏的。第一天入住時沐浴露是空瓶子。衞生間沒有提供護髮素，需要自己採購。一次性拖鞋和一次性牙刷牙膏衹提供一份。房間螞蟻多，到處找食物吃。最後一次打掃時間，和服務員説下午打掃，後來沒有來打掃，第二天要退房了，也就沒有催促。垃圾桶放兩天，是會有腐朽的味道。
服務：服務人員見面都會打招呼，第一天入住提供歡迎果盤，提供一份速溶咖啡和茶，一塊做飯用的奶油，四個雞蛋，一條麪包，一瓶橙汁一升，一瓶牛奶一升，一盒早餐麥片。遇到春節過年，酒店送了一盒巧克力和兩個橘子。
酒店公寓外面在施工，影響景觀。房間隔音效果不錯，不受影響。

哈哈，住了20多天，過了春節！服務員態度不錯，有求必應！房間乾淨。我們住的公寓，去香格里拉酒店有專用通道刷卡就好！香格里拉的自助餐廳吃了四次，食品較多！春節安排了很多活動，看到舞龍舞獅，真熱鬧！

非常贊，非常滿意，每天早上自己做早餐還挺適應的
樓下就有一個花園以及泳池
衹是新加坡可以玩的太多了，都沒找到時間帶小朋友去玩
交通方便，停車方便，可能唯一稍微有點不方便的，就是前台不會説中文
下回帶家裡人去，還會首先考慮這裏，一大家子人出去玩，住公寓真的很方便

房間裏有螞蟻，然後也沒給換房。郵件給對方銷售也比較敷衍，希望可以和對方公寓高層反饋一下。畢竟也是一直很喜歡香格里拉這個品牌，第一次遇到這樣不好的體驗
