Worst hotel experience I've ever had. Felt like I was SCAMMED. Caution the No Refund policy. There was little to none customer service with issues of the odor of the room. Unpleasant scent from the automatic diffuser and they refused to deactivate it. Don't be deceived by the advertised photos because it is not clean as it seems. The whole room was unhygienic, walls and floor was dirty and we didn't feel safe at the premises. The manager was not accommodating at all. Felt like he was expecting for us to cancel so that he could have the room available again. We did leave but did not check out for the reason above. We checked-out the following day. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

The hotel is clean and affordable, especially for a family room. The setup is simple — the rooms are located upstairs, with the lobby on the ground floor. The room feels like a converted loft, but it is still comfortable. The location is okay and convenient enough. Overall, it’s a good choice if you’re looking for a clean and budget-friendly stay.

Although the location is convenient, the service quality is very poor. The lady manager’s behavior towards guests was extremely unprofessional. The way she spoke and handled customer concerns was unacceptable and made us feel unwelcome. Housekeeping standards were below expectation — cleaning was not done properly, room service was poor, and basic amenities such as disposable toothbrushes were not provided daily. Despite requesting a room with a window or balcony, we were given a completely closed room without any window or ventilation. I would not recommend this hotel unless major improvements are made in customer service and maintenance.

This is the worst hotel I’ve ever seen and experienced in Singapore. And I’ve flown in to Singapore maybe easily 20 times in my life, but this is by far my worst experience. And to and things worst, it was when I brought my family along with me. The state of the hotel is horrible. Full of dust, molds, dirt and pretty much run down. I tried to ask for a refund and the hotel denied it, despite not getting money back; we left and moved to another hotel. This experience was shocking and deceiving. Do not stay in this hotel. And trip should seriously consider removing it from its portfolio.

I paid for the hotel with breakfast included, but breakfast was not available at the hotel. I tried to claim a refund through Trip.com, but the booking was structured in a way that made this option unavailable. For an Indian town, the hotel standard was quite low. Once you pay Trip. com they do not care about you, quite poor level. *********** is more professional

The room are very clean the front desk is amazing and guess what after two months I found my lost and found the hotel kept for me🙏🏿🙏🏿🙏🏿

No proper cleaning as there is only one cleaner .Cock web round ceiling and also small insects flying around the room. Toilet/shower too small for big size persons.
