Front desk was very friendly and helpful. Rooms are very clean and quiet- something I really appreciate. Beds are so cozy I slept great- and I usually have trouble sleeping. Breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve had. Great place to stay! Will definitely return on future trips!

We've always stayed there. We couldn't make the trip, tried to cancel and couldn't get a refund or cancellation finished. My card is frozen and can't be used. Very unhappy with their cooperation.

It was very clean, beds were comfortable. The check in was super easy and we got to check in early. Love that check out was at noon. Breakfast was very good. And also had some grab and go options. Will definitely stay here again.

Our stay was great! Very nice hotel. Newer carpet, rooms were clean and nice. Pool was open and heated. Nice choices for breakfast hot and cold options. Staff was really friendly. Would definitely stay there again. Convenient location off interstate.

I liked the room and the convenience of snacks or toiletry options. I wish there was a better breakfast variety. It would be nice to have TV guide available for the cable channels.
The walls and floors are obviously not insulated to keep other room noises out. The door also allowed plenty of hallway noise to seep through.
The elevator needs repairs or updates. It was loud, creaky and ****y. Definitely had myself and other guests on alert. Larger garbage cans in the rooms would be useful. The cans are so tiny I had to stack our garbage on the floor. I don’t understand why the hotels have put tiny cans in the rooms.
