The worst customer Service.
loud music and people talking, laughing from the next door woke me up at 12am. I called front desk and waited for 30mins without anyone take care of the problem. I went down to the lobby asking for help from front desk and the guy told me they can’t do nothing since he’s the only one working in the hotel and he cant leave the front desk (he tried to call the room with no answer). He told me to wait for another 30 minutes till security guy come to work. I went back to my room and try to get back to sleep but it was too loud so I took the 2nd trip to front desk at 1:30am and the front desk guy still can’t do anything to help solve the problem. I went back to my room hoping they will go to sleep soon but the music keep going for another hour. I went down to the front desk for the 3rd times at 2:30am and the front desk guy told me there’s nothing he can do. I’m back to my room and writing this review while the loud music still going next door. This is the worst experience and I think i’ll post all the videos on social media to help people stay away from this.
