The Hotel was ok. The room was fine. We had a suite and there was only 2 plates 2 cups 2 of everything. The room was clean. It had coffee but no coffee maker. The breakfast was nothing out of this world. My issue was they were not wiping down tables after each use. So it wasnt super clean. The area that it is at is not in the best of areas. It was close to where we were going which was Stone Mountain. It was not bad but I wont stay there again.

Unsafe uncomfortable dirty
I do not recommend this place.
If you decide to stay there make sure you have mase for protection and Lysol to spray the room oh
And my room did not have hot water
And my son got harassed it not a safe place

They did not clean the room at all during the whole stay. We tried to communicate multiple times with them and they don’t answer the phone. The room looks better in the pictures than the reality. It’s a bit old and outdated.

Our microwave was broken and even though we requested for maintenance nobody came to fix it. There was no trash can in the bathroom. Not enough silverware to eat with or plates/bowls.

The worst customer Service.
loud music and people talking, laughing from the next door woke me up at 12am. I called front desk and waited for 30mins without anyone take care of the problem. I went down to the lobby asking for help from front desk and the guy told me they can’t do nothing since he’s the only one working in the hotel and he cant leave the front desk (he tried to call the room with no answer). He told me to wait for another 30 minutes till security guy come to work. I went back to my room and try to get back to sleep but it was too loud so I took the 2nd trip to front desk at 1:30am and the front desk guy still can’t do anything to help solve the problem. I went back to my room hoping they will go to sleep soon but the music keep going for another hour. I went down to the front desk for the 3rd times at 2:30am and the front desk guy told me there’s nothing he can do. I’m back to my room and writing this review while the loud music still going next door. This is the worst experience and I think i’ll post all the videos on social media to help people stay away from this.

It was absolutely disgusting. There were bugs and bodily fluids on mattress. We did not stay we checked out with in 10 minutes.

The property is beautiful!! Everything is great!! Me and my fiancé usually stay in the regular king bedroom but this time we are staying the king bedroom suite! It’s really spacious and live able!! We just wish the suite was offered on higher floors in the building!! We will be bringing the family here!

Everything was ok but it was kinda old. The hot water was long to come
And the shampoo dispenser doesn’t even work. Basically it was a decent stay, could be better. I wish breakfast was not just dine in. We have kids so it’s better to take it upstairs and feed them
