Our stay here was okay, the staff was friendly, the room was spacious and it's located in a great location. However, the hotel could use a good Deep cleaning and it feels like it was a very nice place at one time but could now use some updates.

I stay at sonesta locations all the time, I had a good stay except the toilet ran off and on during the stay. However everything else was good!

There was only one lady working at the counter. She was trying to help one guest who had lots of problem with his room. Then after 20 mins she checked us in and said I can’t give you the key card cause my system is not working. She came upstairs with us to open the room. I requested room next to the elevator cause my 78 year old mom was with me and she said since I booked through 3rd party I need to request them. I told her it’s not a request to upgrade room. Anyways she gave us the last room and mom had to walk all the way at the end. The hotel was not even 50% booked and it was a week day. Anyways didn’t like the ambiance and not a lot of variety at the breakfast area.

THE PROPERTY HAS A LOT VEH BREAKENTRY , AND ALSO A LOT HOMELESS AT THE PARKING LOT , THEY DON'T HAVE SECURITY CAMERAS AT THE PARKING LOT, IS NOT SAVE !!!

This is the worst experience ever.
1. The counter mangers were rude and ignoring the costumers.
2. The room was dirty and needs lots of renovations. The bed sheets are on dirt
3. Smell like ****s whole night
4. Loud at night

We arrived to check in and the person ignored us until he finished eating right next to the front desk. We asked for cars for our suitcases. They told us to go floor by floor until we found it. We never found the car. They moved us to the first floor and The room was apparently dirty and they left it like that, the towels were full of hair. The place looks nice but dirty.

This hotel is by far one of the worst hotels I've stayed in. Pillows and bed were EXTREMELY uncomfortable. The room, hallways and elevator are dirty AF, but it looks clean on the exterior. And if you want to eat the lame a-- continental breakfast in your room, they will charge you an extra $50 to your bill, so you have to eat in the lobby. Please avoid this hotel at ALL costs
