Good day. We often travel, we book hotels through Booking, but the situation with the Amsterdam hotel is horrible, they booked us immediately, they took the money from the card, we arrived at this hotel in 10 minutes, but they didn't even open the door for us, we called the hotel's mobile number, explained the situation that we were standing under the hotel, the girl hung up the phone twice and did not even want to talk to us. If the money is not returned to me, I will write bad reviews on all possible sites about the hotel Amsterdam. Understand this situation immediately. Мы часто путешествуем, бронируем отели через Букинг, но ситуация с отелем Амстердам это ужас, забронировали с нас сразу сняли деньги с карты, мы через 10 минут приехали в этот отель, а нам двери даже не открыли, мы позвонили по номеру мобильному в отель, объяснили ситуацию, что стоим под отелем, девушка два раза сбросила трубку и не хотела с нами даже говорить. Если мне не вернут деньги, я напишу плохие отзывы на все возможные сайты о отеле Амстердам. Разберитесь в данной ситуации немедленно. Бронирование было на Нестеренко Михаил 08.06.2021 спасибо
