I have the opportunity to visit this resort for five days and was not disappointed. After visiting multiple Saint Regis properties including one in PuntaMita I had high expectations. This property it's just over one years old and while new still has some opportunities for growth but overall did a wonderful job. The transportation from the airport was seamless and took about 35 to 40 minutes. The Butler Carlos was attentive and just very genuine and friendly. The first day we did have a hiccup at the beach club with extremely long service, but I brought it to attention of the manager Ayrem and the remainder of the stay was perfect. The rooms are spacious, very clean and the property is beautiful. On-site dining is wonderful, including the superior breakfast with more offerings than I've ever seen. Dining at Toro was the best but the food on the beach is good especially if you use the Riviera beach club menu. Housekeeping was great too. The property should do a better job of marketing, the daily saber ceremony and the food and service at the St. Regis bar. UnDiscoveredJem. They also need to offer "French pressed"coffee as a part of the offerings like other properties but i appreciated the 4 pieces per day complimentary ironing. Guests should be aware that there are multiple beach club menus to choose from. Reservations at SOOL were great, especially since you can bIil directly to your room at the St Regis. It's probably faster to walk to that restaurant down the beach because the walk from the addition to the restaurant is a bit long. The service at St. Regis was SPLENDID due to a few people that we have to mention. They gave me a card, but I should be giving them a card in recognition of their awesome customer service. Marcos, Virgilio, Ayrem, Wilian, Ivan and Cindy at bar restaurant and Guadalupe at restaurant works harder than anyone weve encountered! They made our stay rememberable and recovered from the early failure that we had. These people were so genuine. I will never forget them and plan to return in July with the rest of the family.
