"We had a wonderful stay in the hotel. All the restaurants are part of the all inclusive. Very good amenities however, there can be times where pool loungers can be very busy and its a struggle to find one especially after lunch time. There were sargassum on the beach but the hotel tried to keep it clean everyday. The shows were great and there are alot of things/events prepared for the guests. Customer service is very good too. You really feel welcomed by everyone."

More spacious and window with private balcony. While I changes the room, staff was super helpful, as far as i rememeber, his name is Octavio(Octovios?). His professional and friendly service was so satisfying and resolving our issue promptly."
