The hotel only includes one bottle of water for the entire stay. And there is no restaurant on site, so you need to got out for lunch or dinner.

We have been here for over a month and wouldn’t change anything. Clean and new. Great front desk staff and housekeeping. Fresh breakfast everyday.

Nivel facilities

My experience was not very positive, mainly because of the staff at the reception desk, They charged me twice for my stay even though I showed them that I already paid online, they insisted that I pay again, before accessing the room and still didn’t receive the refund for that second paiement The room itself is really beautiful , clean and confortable ! They charged us for using some amenities, even though it was in open access and no notice indicated that this was a paying service, The breakfast is underwhelming to say the least, The place is close to the parks of Xplore and Xcaret you can either choose to go by walking (30 min) or take a taxi that will cost you 20 dollars for 7 min But it’s pretty far from the city Center of Playa del Carmen, you will need to take a taxi, it will cost at least 20 dollars, or you could walk for 40 min This hotel has a very high potentiel, if the reception desk staff would be friendlier, and more helpful, and if they could make a small improvement on the breakfast

Good basic hotel, no shuttle service to the beach. Even though it is advertised on their website. Staff are friendly and helpful. Very clean. Decent pool area up top. No outside seating area around the hotel. Very little dinning options. Small buffets for breakfast and limited restaurants in walking distance. Needs shuttle service. No room service. All in all, good safe stay but needs to be accommodating for the customer.

The staff was wonderful. However, the property does not have a restaurant, location is terrible, laundry wasn’t working, breakfast was nachos and meatballs, bar drinks were gross, no outdoor shaded area, stove times-out so it’s impossible to cook, shower water leaks because there is no door, toilet paper holder was falling off the wall, coffee machine didn’t work most of the time. If it wasn’t for the great staff our visit would’ve been ruined..

We stayed only 1 night because we had a wedding at a different hotel. The hotel is very clean, the rooms are really big, with a full kitchenette and a fridge. Close distance to shopping (we had a car rental which made it easier to move around). Breakfast is included and it was very good. The pool area is very nice and well kept. Pool towels are available and they have a bar that opened at 5pm. Great place if you are visiting places outside of a resort atmosphere.

Excellent hotel, very professional staff, great location. Breakfast was cooked fresh and of high quality. Only issue we ran into was the room thermostat was very hard to use and kept turning off at certain time during the day. Also, this is a standalone facility, so one needs to drive or get a cab to visit places.
