民宿本身就很適合組團打麻將，然後整體很温馨，讓人住着很舒服，早餐我覺得吃得好，大家圍坐一桌很有氛圍，最重要的是，老闆娘真的很熱情很好客，我們出遊屁事很多c，老闆娘真的很耐心很貼心 ，我個人非常推薦這家民宿

所在位置很空曠，環境好，早起空氣格外舒服，視野特別好。距離茶園很近。老闆娘和服務人員都很貼心熱情周到，會泡茶，會幫忙租車，租自行車。美中不足的是，房間條件簡單，隔音一般，蚊子有點多，朋友滿腿被咬。但老闆娘很貼心，有買藥膏和花露水。ps：早餐超級好吃，都是綠色無公害的，種類豐富新鮮清甜。會推薦朋友來住。

我們這近幾年在國內旅行都是選擇住民宿。這次松陽的“南山南花園美宿”，是我從十幾家 備選中最後選中的。我很慶幸自己“眼光獨到”😂 。 以我的理念，旅行除了選景點，住宿也非常重要。因為住宿條件好，休息就好，休息好了，精神才好～～是這道理吧😁 。我們因為計劃要在這裏玩五天，所以，出發前對選擇這家民宿寄予很大的期待……但是到達之後，仍然大大出乎我的意料之外：沒料到居然是一家如此美麗的民宿！所以，特別希望與朋友們分享：圖1、由此進庭院；圖2、一樓應有盡有温馨的客廳；圖3、二樓優雅舒適的休息廳；圖4、二樓寬敞寫意的室外陽台；圖5～8、一目瞭然：如詩如畫、滿園繽紛的庭院；圖9、美麗的花園，就是這位勤勞、美麗、熱情、和善的小妹（我們叫她小温）侍弄的！這家的老闆是小温的親嫂子：幹練、大氣、心細，周到，我們叫她徐姐。男主人大哥憨憨厚厚。可惜他們一個比一個忙，我們沒能與他們合影留念。期待後會有期！

老闆娘非常温暖，送了水果和茶，環境不錯，好多花，早餐也好吃。房間有點小，不過很温馨。旁邊有個茶園風景區，適合騎行。整體滿意。

這個是五一行程最滿意的民宿。環境條件是外面有茶山內部滿園鮮花，坐在院子裏喝茶太舒服了。剛到老闆就給我們泡茶送水果點心，茶很香還送了兩袋她自家炒的新茶。早餐很好，吃的心滿意足。
提幾個建議：1.房內枱面面積有點侷促，應該增加一個長條桌或長條櫃；2.熱水器設定温度45有點低，小孩洗頭後熱水有點不夠了；3.上二樓都是松木地板需要換軟底拖鞋，希望拖鞋上印上號碼這樣就不會有混穿的可能。
