"The views are stunning, and the service and facilities are excellent. I've stayed here before and it makes me want to explore other properties by Fniaoji. The service was exceptional; the butler met us at the village entrance parking lot, helped with our luggage, and even gave us a souvenir when we checked out. The butler's service was just right for me—not overly enthusiastic, but always there when needed. We even got a room upgrade. The room amenities were top-notch, with a disposable bathtub liner and bath salts provided. It was incredibly quiet at night, creating a perfectly sleepy atmosphere. I recommend contacting the butler in advance to get the driver's contact information. This way, the driver can drop you off directly at the parking lot; otherwise, you'll have to take a shuttle bus. Plus, the hotel's partner driver provided excellent service—from the initial contact to arrival at the hotel, everything was seamless and hassle-free. The guesthouse has its own cafe and restaurant, both offering amazing views and delicious food that exceeded expectations."
