the location is pretty close to a problematic area in sousse where people kept fighting all night long in the streets

Old, neglected hotel. The reception is fine, renovated, but the rooms are not. Horrible mattress with springs that come out, impossible to sleep, I had to put blankets under the sheet to sleep. Pillow is not comfortable either.
Breakfast very little variety and it was not good.
The only nice thing was the sea view from Bacon.

The location is OK, the price is cheap, but the management is not good. Please note that the lobby is on the 0th floor, otherwise you may not find the lobby and get lost in the hotel. This is not a joke.
