The location of the hotel was great and the staff were very welcoming, but for some reason I had very little water pressure in the shower that night and the hotel forgot to provide me with shower gel.The toilet was flushing all night and I don't know why, but the hotel compensated me for breakfast the next day.Hopefully they will improve on these issues next time.

슈피츠역에 도보로 10분내에 있을 정도로 매우 가깝습니다. 저는 2월에 묵었는데 방은 따뜻했습니디. 침구류도 괜찮고 파나로마 뷰는 훌륭했습니다!

距離火車站10分鐘內路程，要走斜坡下去
預定了有露台的房間房間的風景很正！
可以坐在那裡放空一個早上沒問題
床和被子舒服 風筒給力 checkin的時候有welcome drink
早餐不太推薦一個人$20瑞士法郎還不好吃（圖一）
建議去附近車站超市裡面的餐廳吃
工作人員下午6點就會下班 所以晚過這個時間到店的要想想解決方法還有不能慢過這個時間去取行李

離火車站有一點距離 可能是因為我拉着箱子然後那天又下雨所以走路覺得更遠了吧
有一點不好找的原因是下坡路之後碰到一個圓形轉盤的N叉路口谷歌地圖有時候還是有點delay
酒店服務很好 員工幫忙拿箱子
裝修很INS風我們訂的是湖景房！真的可以直接看到圖恩湖
但是我們去的時候下雨不然一定很美
不過湖景房有點不值的是其實房間附帶的陽台連接着公共陽台（且沒有牆或者籬笆攔着就完全通的），就是説衹要你是酒店住客其實都可以來到這個面向湖面的方向拍照並不一定要定湖景房
酒店早晨很好是點單制因為是小酒店不是自助但是很好吃尤其是麪包
有送welcome drink😀

酒店在距離施皮茨火車站步行8分鐘左右的路邊，從火車站出來一路下坡，很好找到。酒店在咖啡廳樓上，需要注意，工作人員每天晚上六點下班，如果晚於六點，是沒有辦法check in 或者取行李的。 酒店工作人員提到，他們曾經試圖聯繫我，但由於平台原因，沒有辦法直接聯繫到我的郵箱，用其他b開頭平台或A開頭平台會方便很多。
酒店二樓有很美的露台，可以看到湖邊景色（如圖一）酒店設施較為簡單（如圖二）
