The propertt was very nice. The only concern I had was the van is a bit broke down. The staff was great and very accommodating.

Our heater in room 107 was malfunctioning and the room was extremely hot to try and sleep in no matter what temperature the thermostat was set to. The only alternative was to open the first floor window in the -5 degree weather to cool the room down. There was no extra help in the hotel to look at the heater, even the next day.

4 stars. I would like to see usb/plug options on top of nightstands. I had to pull out the nightstand to plug in my devices for charging.

The hotel was great buy You advertised Glasses that this had parking and shuttle, and that was not available because I did not reserve the room with the actual hotel establishment. so it cost me extra time and money to get parking for the airport. was not as advertised. I’m probably done with *******.

There were some misconceptions, The add said long term parking, there was none, no continental breakfast. The night attendant was rather blunt and in a hurry. Very clean though...The morning guy was very cheery and helpful.
