"Wrote a review directly to the hotel so will keep this shorter. Check in clerk was amazing.. but Husband stuck in elevator for 20 minutes no one helped until I climbed down from the 5th floor to the lobby with my baby and my pregnant stomach. Responded to pretty rudely by other person at front desk Beautiful hotel and location is amazing Room was a little on the dirtier on the other side Small fruit flies flying in the sink , pillows were dirty some lights didn't work Didn't really care about those things until was told hotel denied this elevator incident happening. Conflicted if I would ever stay here again. Contacted trip.com and even though it is not their fault they still provided comfort and support but the hotel denied this even happened ??? So leaves a very bad taste in my mouth. Expected something different from a nicer hotel like this"

"The hotel is located in the city center. It's a great place. The parking lot is large enough. The service staff are friendly and enthusiastic. The room is in good sanitary condition and the bed is very comfortable. However, the bed is too soft and uncomfortable. In addition, there is a shortcoming that the hand washing sink was clogged after check-in. I called the front desk staff to inform the situation, and the maintenance staff at the back came to deal with it. There was a smell during the treatment process. Overall it should be considered a very good hotel."

"The hotel is located on a separate hillside, surrounded by a building without any disturbance, free parking. The hotel room feels much more than the room in other branches. The sink in the room is outside the bathroom, which is separated from wet and dry. The shower head is still fixed on the wall. Welcome candy is placed in the room, and free milk and cookies are a little surprise from 7 to 9 p.m. It takes 5 minutes to drive out of the hotel to the riverside park, Spokane Falls, Monroe Street Bridge and other check-in points that have hosted the Expo, surrounded by architectural relics left by the Expo. Spokane Falls is the soul and heartbeat of the city is spectacular and full of power. Feel the sense of history and modernity of the whole city of Spokane, a very clean, quiet and leisurely city."

"We booked a one night stay at Ramada Downtown Spokane 1/1-1/2/26. We checked into #336 and the room seemed fine until we tried to use the hot water to wash and found there wasn’t any at our sink nor in the shower. I immediately called the front desk and explained the problem. Gabriella was apologetic and moved us to another room #313, we packed up our stuff and Moved to the new room. Because of the problem with the first room, I immediately tried the water in the new room. I let it run for about 5 minutes and it remained cool. I turned on the shower and only a small trickle came out. So I went back downstairs to talk to Gabriella. She again moved us to another room, this time on the 2nd floor #211. It was about 9:00 pm and we were tired from driving all day. When I got to the room, both the sink and tub had standing water in them— obviously a drainage problem. This was the third room and we were not interested in seeing any more rooms. We asked Gabriella for a refund as we weren’t going to be able to stay there after 3 attempts to get an adequate room. She said she was not allowed to make refunds and gave me your email. So I’m writing to you for a refund of our room payment and the deposit. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter. We had to book another hotel in Spokane for more money, because Ramada didn’t resolve the problem despite 3 opportunities to do so. — This email was originally sent to Jodi the manager yesterday, but we have received no response whatsoever."

"Fantastic stay - reception staff were friendly, welcoming and very helpful. Rooms were clean, spacious and the beds/pillows were comfortable. Shower had strong hot water flow. Plenty of facilities in the hotel (24/7 gym, pool, washer dryer, ice machine), free parking and delicious free breakfast."
