My family and I loved staying here. There was so much to do and the beach was great! The tours are great and we got to experience a true relaxed vacation. I will definitely visit this resort again and highly recommend it plus the pricing is more than fair!!

The pictures of the “Resort” are only of the best parts. The lobby and restaurant are attractive. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were old and dingy. The building appears to be an old hotel that was purchased and certain areas were remolded with bright and modern theme; however, the same attention was not given to the rooms. The floor was very dirty and was noticeable when I stepped onto the towel after walking across the room. The shower is rusted. The air conditioner leaked o to the floor. The sound also travels as I could hear the guest next to me hacking up a lung in the bathroom. For the price, the overall stay was not worth the money. A Fairfield or similar property with higher cleanliness standards would be more deserving of the price. The building seems as though it was built in the 70’s or 80’s and the majority of the rooms do not appear to be in any better condition that the one I was provided.

I liked the reception area looked nice clean and updated but when you left there the rest of property looked old and worn. The rooms were ok the bathroom counter space is awful. I expected a little more for a Guy Havrvey location.

Nice hotel with good restaurant. Can buy trolley tickets there if you dont want to drive into St. Augustine. They half cleaned room one day. One bed made but one wasn't and no new toiletries. Second day no problem.

We so enjoyed our stay at Guy Harvey’s Resort. The staff was unbelievably nice. The restaurant Santiago’s located in the lobby was a great way to meet people and oh yeah the food & drinks were great. Drew who was the bartender and waiter gets 5 STARS.
