Residence Inn Kingston

The hotel was under renovations and they did not disclose this info online when booking. I checked the hotel information on their website before I went there. Wow, they have a pool! And brought a swimming suit and the pool was closed. Disappointed:( The staff was welcoming and friendly. And the room was nice but I found an empty plastic bottle next to the bed. The gym is very small.

There was a significant amount of mold on the ceiling above the shower. Mold is potentially extremely dangerous to our health, so this needs to be cleaned up immediately.

Very nice Hotel/Motel. Room was large and comfortable. Check in staff were great, very helpful. Would stay here again.

The breakfast was phenomenal, the staff were attentive, the hotel rooms were large and comfortable. Can't say enough good things about it!

I liked that it was so close to shopping center and easy to access. Very convenient parking. The only part I didn't like was the staff when I checked in. Girl on the counter not very friendly.

Slight cleanliness issues: glassware was dirty and the sponge provided wasn't good for cleaning glasses. Bottle cap under the table (we had no bottles). However the room was Beautiful and very spacious for 2, and the breakfast provided was very expansive.

The beds, as sell as the pullout sofas are horrible and terribly uncomfortable. That was a huge let down from everything else about the facility.
