"I am writing this review with extreme disappointment and frustration following my recent stay at the Best Western. What should have been a relaxing visit turned into an absolute nightmare from start to finish. Upon checking into the room, I was horrified to discover a rats and mice infestation. Not only did I hear them scurrying around, but they also chewed through the wires of my PlayStation system, rendering it completely useless. This level of neglect and lack of basic pest control is simply unacceptable for any hotel, let alone one with such a reputable brand name. As if that wasn’t bad enough, there were also individuals lingering and watching the pool area in a very unsettling manner. The lack of proper security and the creepy, invasive atmosphere made me feel unsafe throughout my stay. The entire experience was marred by these serious issues. The lack of cleanliness, the obvious presence of pests, and the uncomfortable environment have left me thoroughly dissatisfied. I will never be returning to any Best Western property again, and I strongly advise future guests to look elsewhere if they value both their safety and peace of mind. This problem has been brought up multiple times to management and they do not care!! Other reviews will warn you of the same issues"

"Don't set your expectations too high, it's good enough as a budget hotel. The sound insulation is poor, and you can hear a lot of noise downstairs if you walk around upstairs at night. If you drive yourself, the parking lot is large and very convenient."

"1. Upon checking in I noticed there were brown bugs on the pillow in both the living area and the bedroom. Please see attached picture of the back of my husband who slept on the pull out sofa. 2. All the bathroom dispensers were half emptied and not re-filled, even after I put the ones which would not pump anything out for your staff fell into deaf ears. 3. Lights in the master bathroom flicker and rooms are dingy and dark. The lighting in the stair case did not go on and all other lighting provide insufficient level of brightness throughout the promise. 4. The coffee machine is out of order but your team does not seem to have a plan to replace it. Emailed about the use of a microwave and zero response. 5. The shower floor is slippery and you may want to consider to install some sort of bar for safety. The planned trip was for my birthday and the carriage house did not provide any warmth or comfort instead with worn out carpet and tripping hazard rugs. The carriage house failed to provide the minimal amenities and it is disappointing for the family. Emailed the facility and no response or explanation. The Poet's Loft is a joke! (no TVs not that is important)"
