酒店後院停車場很大，入住就有早餐，一樓大廳售賣沉香，房間乾淨，洗澡水舒適，網速較好，被子很舒服，比較安靜。

本人經常出差，去過全國很多城市，住過很多賓館，但從沒遇到這麼奇葩的賓館。從沒到酒店給前台打電話詢問我訂的房間是幾樓，前台就非常不耐煩。入住以後發現房間電視接不上網，給前台打電話，前台派來一個大姐，進屋告訴我不會調不懂，你説不懂的人你讓來是幾個意思。最後也沒看上電視。後來發現浴缸裏有煙灰缸，裏面都是煙頭打掃衞生也沒收拾。晚上去同事的房間談事，發現門卡沒拿出來，給前台打電話讓服務員開下門，可前台説沒人開，讓我到一樓前台自己取門卡，這是我住酒店以來第一次碰到服務員不給開門的事情。早餐時間是早7:30到8.30，我是7:45到的餐廳發現炒菜已經四樣都空了，鹹菜也有五樣沒了，我讓服務員添菜，可服務員説吃完不給添，沒了就沒了，我説這才過15分鐘就不上了，那再來的客人咋辦，她説那就有啥吃啥，我忍氣吃了早餐，真的從沒遇到這樣的早餐餐廳。還有我同事屋子裡衞生間的燈那是幾秒滅一次，這是我遇到最奇葩的賓館沒有之一。我是服了。

定的豪華大床房，真的很乾凈，設施也很齊全。洗澡水龍頭水也特別大，各方面都很不錯，還有早餐！真的特別滿意！

酒店停車非常方便，早餐也很親民，酒店周圍就是海倫比較繁華的街道，不能加床，兩張大單人床，我和孩子睡一張，很寬鬆，另一張床沒用到，三口之家很適合

上樓走廊有潮濕氣發黴味，床單被罩不乾淨，衞生間有蟑螂，和前台説讓他們處理衞生，去掉蟑螂， 告訴明天處理，服務態度很惡劣。

酒店環境還可以，小地方來講已經算不錯了，還有早餐，雖然品種有點少，但是能吃飽，100多塊錢來講性價比已經很高了。酒店有空調，海倫的酒店不是全部都有空調的！
