Best Hotels in Sumurrejo

Nice hotel and has a balcony for view outside. Breakfast has a lot of choices. The water in the swimming pool is clean. Not far from train station, kota tua Semarang, as well to shopping center. Will stay again for next trip.

I've stayed for 2 nights on my staycation in Semarang. Room is clean, tidy and comfy, but there are some spots on the towel. Also the spray jet valve were leaks, so I got to turn it on/off during using it. I like the breakfast menu, quite variative choice and tastes goods. The sky pool was fresh in the morning, but don't forget to applied sun block on your skin. Overall is good for an affordable price.

Overall is okay... but cleanliness is just a bit lack.. the good thing about this hotel is the room is spacious.. the swimming pool is belonged to the neighboring hotel MG Suites so customers from MG setos can not use the swimming pool freely, we have to pay 50k rupiah per person to be able to use the pool... the other downside is the Parking area, from the parking area to first lobby there is no elevator so if you bring a lot of luggage you have to carry it heavily by stair from parking area to first lobby before you can take the elevator.. so it is kinda a hassle.. but you can drop your belonging in front of the first lobby if you dont want to carry it all yourself there is the staff offering trolly, at night the parking area is locked it is safe but become a problem when you want to go out at night or come back at night

The room has an old Javanese feel, the bed and furniture are ok but the sink is clogged, the cleanliness of the towels is also ok. There were so many large lizards in the room that at several points there were lizard droppings on the table. Overall the atmosphere of the resort is good because it is spacious and beautiful. But I'm not a fan of the room design. Maybe the bathroom and rooms could be renovated so that they are more sustainable and not costly for maintenance, etc.

overall good. brand new building with great concept. even the room was spacious enough for the price. but untuk sprei nya i think im not lucky enough krn agak apek..... and lil bit noda but its okay. the aircon was SUPER COOL LOL. oh and my room neighbor was super noisy at night :( and for the wifi speed im sorry they're bad:( but twas great experience and definetely would be back!＜3

I had my stay on 28 - 30 October. Overll the check in process was smooth and the room is comfort. The disaster happened on the next day when I went down for breakfast at 6:20 in the morning. I understand the bfast started from 6 am and the reason I went dow at 6:20 was to avoid the crowd and to select the seats we wanted. There was not many waitress in charge I have to call them for tea and coffee. The duration of waiting for coffee and tea ws about 30 mins until I have to contact them again and again. The weird things that there was nobody incharge in Semarangan section and Dimsum section and Roti Kukus Section ( I took the photo attached). I even asked the staffs what time the staff arrived and start serve the guests. One of the staffs said that some of them were still prepared the breakfast and the manager was not stand by also in the restaurant. It was terrible experience for 5 star hotel like Tentrem. On fact I had enjoyable and memorable stay and experience when I stayed at Padma Semarang on the previous stay. The staffs esp in the restaurant are more attentive and details. The hotel is not new but well-maintained. The staff is helpfull, responsive and kind. Location is perfect. Easy to get anything you need. Very recommended.

New hotel. Clean. We love the bed. The sheet is so soft. Too bad the bed is rather small compared to the other hotels with the same price.the swimming pool is good.

Clean rooms, good and fast service. Food was very good both from breakfast and restaurant. If I come back to Semarang, I’ll stay in this hotel again.

Excellent hotel right in the heart of the city. Very convenient location. I stayed there for two nights and I would say my stay was quite pleasant. Sapcious rooms with a large sized double bed. I mean large double bed! The staff is quite polite, helpful and courteous. Specifically the Lobby / Restaurant Manager - Ms Octa. Octa helped me with lot of things right from the breakfast in the morning to get a cup of Hot Latte all the way to guiding me for the evening walkaround. On day I was to leave she suggested to get my breakfast packed as I was to leave early. Thanks much Octa for your kind help and guidance! Hope to see you next time I am in Semarang! The check in / check Out was hassle free. I would highly recommend if this is within your budget.
