The location of the hotel is in the eastern area of ​​Surabaya. Close to Bu Rudi, Bu Kris, 10 minutes to Galaxy Mall, 20 minutes to Atum market, also close to Gubeng station. The rooms are quite spacious, towels, toothpaste and drinking water are provided. There are glasses, teapots and tea, etc. I ordered 2 rooms. 1 room is really okay. 1 room is missing. The towels were musty, the water in the bathroom was very small. Overall, for a budget of around 200 (the price when I booked) it's okay.

Stayed there for a couple of days with other relatives for a small family reunion. Hotel was nice, staff were very friendly and accommodating. Some little things that could have been improved is parking. Would be nice if staff informed incoming guests about the valet parking ahead of time, so we didn’t have to look for parking spot upon arrival. It’s time for your carpets to be steam-cleaned. Breakfast had many choices, coffee was very decent I had to get my second cup. Best part of the stay - friendly and accommodating staff, kudos to you all!!!

Very great stay at Bonnet Hotel. Bedroom was not spacious but it’s enough and the bed was so big. We got kingbed in our room with comfy pillow and clean bedcover. Bathroom was good, all utility well functioned. The special benefit of staying at Bonnet Hotel is the strategic location. It is located above supermarket. Along the street (Manyar Kertoarjo) there so many famous restaurants in Surabaya, even you just walk to reach them. Parking area is not too spacious but the staff was very helpful by giving us direction and they good at managing the parking lot. Overall, it’s very recommended. The room rate is the same with budget hotel but the cleanliness, rooms, bed, facilities is like 3-star hotel.
