新酒店，定位高端，房間是很大！除了設備新點，其他服務簡直讓人無力吐槽，勸各位看清，我是給我父母預訂的，想盡量減少他們不必要的麻煩，結果
①入住後，竟然還有人刷卡進門!!!我的東西還在裏面，丟了算誰的責任!!!!竟然説門卡辦理錯了!!!!!工作人員還説我們沒關好門！！！！！無語無語無語無語無語無語
②早餐吧，説品種很多!還補了早餐費，結果早上和搶一樣，什麼都準備不到位，連熱水都沒有，很差很差很差很差很差很差很差很差，也不及時補東西，無語無語無語無語無語無語，最後連粥都是兑水上來的，不説東西好壞，連東西都不夠，很多客人也在大聲吐槽，沒人管的
③酒店裡麪的餐廳，貴的離譜，有包間最低消費。大廳不開空調，很差很差

特別開心的一次住房體驗，酒店很新，喜歡酒店的設計風格，住的房間很大，也很舒服，酒店後面有個湖，可以散散步，還在酒店點了吃的，不錯不錯，離華誼兄弟也很近，吃好住好，也玩的好。很不錯，值得推薦

槽點：這麼新的酒店淋浴間的下水就堵的一塌糊塗！！用頂噴水量大，分分鐘水就沒過腳面了！！用花灑稍微好一點，但是也需要用一會關一會等水下去再打開水沖。水温也是一言難盡，打開就是燙水而且沒辦法調低。淋浴讓人好感度全無，而且沒有小冰箱，這情況算快捷商務酒店的水準吧。
優點：早上的早餐有面檔還是很驚喜的，喜歡吃蘇州的紅湯麪，味道不錯，吃飯的大廳門口有個阿姨人也不錯，會幫你拿東西找吃的。還發現這裏居然有打包的飯盒，也許是給出差趕時間的人準備的，還是很貼心的，不論好不好吃，能這麼大氣提供自助早餐外帶的服務值得點贊。
環境衞生：新酒店衞生比較乾淨，房間裏甚至還有新裝修的味道，比較新的酒店。
位置：酒店不遠就是陽澄半島和支島的入口，去島上很方便。

位置優越，酒店坐落在生態公園旁邊，環境十分幽雅舒適，停車方便，大廳簡潔大氣，佈局合理，有輕音樂很好聽，房間落地窗的採光真的太愛了，衞生很乾凈，死角處理的也很好，處處透露着酒店對客人的用心，很滿意的一次出行

酒店坐落於蘇州奕歐來車程10分鐘左右，房間還不錯，預訂的房間升級後很大，但是由於智能馬桶出了問題後換到樓上的小房間了，因為是假期房間比較緊張，客房經理和服務人員上門做了解釋和安撫，酒店餐廳的菜品還算實惠（大眾點評套餐）總體來説還算不錯，酒店離陽澄湖農家菜二十幾分鐘的路程，那裡有家綠豐園農家菜味道很好，分享一下

給朋友訂的，上班着急看錯了看着酒店位置不錯環境還不錯價格還便宜就定了，沒注意是沒有窗的，沒想到前台給他免費升了級，哥們從裡到外給我拍了好多張房間照片，説房間超級大，啥都有，跟他住的4星級一樣，房間很乾凈，跟我説一定記得給個好評説前台小姐姐態度好好，到樓上找不到房間客房的阿姨直接帶他去了房間，説下次來還讓我幫他訂這邊，説前台小姐姐還給他推薦了湖景房，要來體驗一下

第一次來蘇州訂的時候沒看訂了個高級房，前台説是沒有窗户剛想説取消前台小姐姐説我第一次入住幫我免費升級豪華房體驗一下，門一打開發現自己跟劉姥姥進大觀園似的，房間整個看上去乾淨清爽，我比較在意房間洗護的那些東西發現我帶的東西都有點多餘了，護髮素潤膚露化粧鏡都有，吹風機還是小米的，拖鞋我還跟前台多要了一雙，因為確實穿的很舒服出去散步都可以穿了。然後還去了蘇州的平江路三塘街。。總之這次蘇州之行很開心，玩的開心，住的也開心。。等有機會下次再來
