Overall, my family and I had a very satisfying stay. The location is super convenient, making it easy to find places to eat and shop right downstairs. The room was spacious enough, well-laid out, and had good natural light and ventilation. Everything was clean and hygienic, and the bedding was neat and comfortable. The staff were friendly and patient, responding promptly to our requests. It offers great value for money, making it our top choice for family trips.

My stay at Andu Hotel was absolutely fantastic! It was pretty hot in Suzhou, so stepping into the lobby with its cool air conditioning was a lifesaver. They even offered two complimentary bottles of water. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, even assisting with laundry. The facilities are top-notch, the environment is truly beautiful, and the breakfast at the restaurant was delicious. It's excellent value for money. Overall, a superb stay!

Came to Suzhou for a trip and booked a hotel in the old city. Parking was very convenient, and the weather was great. The hotel design is quite impressive, and the gym facilities are well-equipped. The laundry room is free, and the lobby has a great design aesthetic, even featuring a book bar. All the drinks in the room are complimentary, and you can get free refills on bottled water. Overall, my stay was excellent. The facilities are comprehensive, and the breakfast offers freshly cooked noodles, wontons, and rice noodles, which were exceptionally delicious. I'll definitely come back if I have the chance!

Service: They offered a complimentary pick-up from Suzhou Station. The instructions were clear, and the driver was really enthusiastic, proactively telling us about the local area and recommending great restaurants. The front desk staff were also very professional; they had us scan a QR code to add them on WeChat, so we could just message them directly if we needed anything. Thumbs up! Facilities: The hotel opened in 2023. The room had plenty of seating with a sofa, a good-sized desk, and ample storage. The linens were clean, and complimentary drinks were refilled promptly. Thumbs up! Cleanliness: Clean. Thumbs up! Environment: I stayed in a street-facing room. The traffic wasn't heavy, so the noise was acceptable. I imagine the non-street-facing rooms would be even better. The entire street opposite the hotel is like a food street, buzzing with activity during meal times and evenings. There's also a fruit store nearby, making it super convenient. Thumbs up!

The location is fantastic! My local Suzhou friends even complimented my choice of spot ✌️. It's only about a kilometer's walk to Guanqian Street. 76 euros for two nights, and the room was huge! For that price in Paris, I couldn't even get a bed in an 8-person dorm. I've already recommended it to a colleague visiting Suzhou next month. Time to give the foreigners a taste of China! 😂
