Nitty gritty details are the hotel is second to none . The overarching facilities are crème de la crème. There is no place better than here. It’s an ideal place for business conferences, family gatherings,
and ad hoc event for nuptial anniversary, connubial ceremony. The place is very beautiful, in a nutshell, the experience is supercalifragilisticexpialidocious !

蘇州四季作為高端酒店，服務沒的説～硬件沒的説～位置沒的説～風景沒的説～園林沒的説～一切都很棒，此次入住非常滿意，下次還會住！
設施：新開的酒店，都是很新的，整個酒店都很有設計感，蘇式園林，金雞湖邊，李公堤獨佔一島，盡顯奢華質感。
衞生：酒店很乾凈，房間也打掃的很乾凈～
服務：很棒。除了第一個接待我們的告訴我們説無邊泳池沒開放，但實際是開放的錯誤訊息外，其他服務都非常不錯。見到客人都會熱情招呼。

酒店獨佔一個小島，跑步騎車都很舒服，工作人員服務熱情，小童樂園有託管服務，孩子玩得很開心不想走，早餐種類較多，還有冰淇淋，味道很好

環境是真的好，半島式伸入湖裡，景觀環境一流，裝修調性高級感滿滿，房間還比較大，倚園大床房是2層，有一點點能看到湖，湖景房應該就是一樣的房型在3樓。比較驚喜的是床頭榻和沙發拼和就是一張1.5米小床，家庭出遊太適合了。攜程訂的還送了水果。早餐品種不算多，品質都挺好，儘管過節滿房，早餐人多而不亂。工作人員很多，始終是微笑服務，點贊。室內外泳池、小童活動室、健身房超讚，湖邊泳池夏天必成打卡聖地。可以免費借自行車，崔克的，前氣壓避震內走線，高級，環金雞湖一圈騎行毫無壓力。期待蘇州四季越來越好，成為蘇州旅遊的一張名片。
