房間不錯，酒店員工的服務非常好，前台姓談的小姑娘笑容很甜。
有配公共洗衣機，早餐也還不錯。周邊距離各個景點都不是很遠，整體還是很方便的，對於帶家人出門來説確實是經濟舒適的選擇了

酒店離地鐵口大概1多公里 步行15分鐘。門口就有公交站台，公交站有車直達站塘街，也有公共自行車，可以騎車去寒山寺，虎丘山。旁邊是個博物館。交通還是很方便的。設備齊全，早餐豐富，服務態度非常好，性價比還是很不錯的。

位置雖然不在中心地帶，不過公交方便，旁邊就是蘇州革命博物館，分為一二三樓，後面的二三號樓不臨街挺安靜的，停車方便，有個地下停車場，不要停在教堂那條路上會貼單，前台的服務挺熱情，有個小哥哥小徐的服務特別好，周到專業，有問必答。客房的服務還需加強管理，部分用品沒有及時補給。早餐品種多，但可能過年期間人太多，服務就顯得跟不上了，等一碗麪條🍜要等很久，菜品也是涼的，很多都空了，希望還要加強這方面的應對措施

可能是節假日旅遊住宿的人多吧，早餐應對措施明顯不足！這麼説吧，住了兩天，早飯除了麪條就沒熱乎的！更氣人的是等待煮麪條的時候被徹底無視，排隊到面前就因為説了句“香菜和澆頭沒有了”就被要求重新去排隊！！是不是不讓説話呢？！這次宜必思酒店住宿可算是開了眼！！以後不會再來了！服務太差！

2月13日晚七點四十五入住宜必思。剛到前台一個小姑娘問另個像是老員工的姑娘“這間房行嗎？”對方答“給他8105”，進了8105房間，到處都是水！明顯剛剛清理完畢！然後打電話給前台，還要派人來看，看啥？看看是不是我搞的滿地水嗎？！又換了兩次房，給我一個尾房，那股子味道沖得很！折騰半小時才好！體驗感太差！好歹我出去旅遊第一選擇都是宜必思，你以後讓我怎麼選？

房間很不錯挺乾淨的，帶的一次性床上四件套都沒用。
前台小姐姐給我們升級了房型，服務態度非常好。
這邊的早餐也不錯，所有工作人員態度都很好。

帶孩子來玩，這個酒店挺好的，環境位置設施衞生，唯一也是最大的缺點是房間太逼仄了，10 平米不足的感覺，衞生間洗澡轉身都困難，洗頭髮胳膊伸展不開，去的那天人特別多，早餐靠搶，體驗感為負。

出行特別方便，門口有公交，在蘇州遊玩，公交是很方便的。
前台小姐姐很好，幫助我們把行李送到電梯口，真是有種到家的感覺。
酒店早餐還可以，每天都會有新花樣。
酒店隔音還不錯，來蘇州推薦入住。
