It is a brand new hotel, nice and clean. But The breakfast hall is too small and crowded. It is definitely not sufficient for all the guests!

Thanks to Aimee at the front desk for helping me upgrade from Express to a very big lake view room on holiday. cute girl is very nice and beautiful. I really like it here. The swimming pool on the third floor is very comfortable. It's a good place for a holiday. A small request for the hotel: the restaurant staff should wear masks in the morning. The epidemic cannot be delayed

出差入住這裏兩天，太湖周邊遊很方便，效率提升好感，簡約而不失精緻的房間搭配大窗景緻，太湖的碧波成為了每日生活的背景畫。工作效率在高速網絡與靜謐環境中倍增，傍晚湖畔散步或參與水上活動，房間裡佈置得很貼心，每個小細節都照顧到，太湖和山景就跟畫兒似的！
酒店裡網速快，辦公的設施也全，工作休閑兩不誤。
傍晚時候，湖邊散散步，或者坐個小船玩玩水，那感覺，別提多愜意了！
簡單説吧，這個酒店位置和酒店設施就是一個讓你既能忙正事兒，又能享受生活的好地方。

先説結論，非常差勁的一家酒店，非常對不起顧客付出的金錢和時間。
原因如下：
1，安全隱患：晚上入住，無明顯停車場指示，照明設施不足，導致視線很差，住客車輛停在路邊，有交通安全隱患。
2，衞生很差：電梯間地板黏糊糊的粘腳，電梯按鍵磨損嚴重，房間內地毯滿是陳年污漬，不忍下腳。
3，硬件老化：房間桌面起皮，都是歲月的痕跡。
4，服務很差：前台連棉簽這一類的常用物品都沒有，電視打不開問前台，得到的答覆竟然是客房部還沒有到上班時間！！！
5，早餐品質低劣：就餐空間小，顧客稍多就排隊，餐食品種少，質量差，小饅頭和包子都是硬的。
