服務很好，當天是比較晚入住的，還打電話向我確認行程有沒有變化；辦理入住時還會有服務人員問有沒有什麼需要的。整體裝修環境就是全季的日式風格，馬桶是智能馬桶，但是剛進房間還是有股味道。環境很安靜，即使是臨街的房間也沒有什麼很大的噪音。

本次蘇州之旅的第二晚安排在了全季，五一節假日，房價確實高了點，但有一説一，環境，服務等各方面，沒得説，尤其是前台小姐姐，原本訂的高級大床房，説帶了孩子看看能不能換個雙床，結果很爽快就答應了，換的房間很安靜，非常滿意，以後出行還是會首先全季的！贊👍🏻

這酒店讓在外的人有歸家的感覺，早餐的飯菜很符合南方人口味乾淨衞生，有洗衣房，有温馨如家的環境，還有那周到齊全的全天候服務，如果有機會，我還會來這裏。小妹妹還送了4瓶水，一句話太棒了！

必須要説，這是我住過全季裏最貼心最滿意的一家店，從我們到店開始，全體工作人員就一直無微不至服務，從提供早餐券，到主動解決電視網絡，洗衣問題，離店又贈送小食，並且還邀請我們一起吃年夜飯，因此此次蘇州行幸福，順心，滿意，在此對全季蘇州寶帶路地鐵站店所有工作人員真心説一句謝謝！

1、房間小，有大的房間入住的時候也不説
2、早上出門洗個衣服，和前台説幫忙拿到房間，且登記房間號和洗衣機位置了，可是我下午回來，發現衣服還在洗衣機裏，衣服也褶皺了，還有味道，導致我重新洗了一次
3、3天住完，本來想換個酒店，礙於工作出勤方便，選擇繼續續住，但手機點錯了，點了大床房，訂單成功後，我和前台説，能否升級一下，還保留現在的雙床，結果前台一個可能是主管級別，以公司規定等等為理由，非要我重新預訂雙床
我是華住的永久會員，雖然訂單是從公司平台定，但是沒感覺到會員有什麼區別

挺喜歡全季酒店的裝修風格，看着乾淨整潔。空調暖和，乳膠枕頭和床墊，睡着舒服，晚上也很安靜。前台小姐姐服務熱情，工作人員也會主動問好。下次還會訂全季酒店
